This is a small plastic spacer to move the switch over on Iron Maiden Premium or LE so the switch doesn't drag on the left side of the hole and sometimes cause the ball to get stuck behind the playfield backboard.
This is provided free with any Pinmonk order for other things. Just add one of these to your order if you need the fix and I'll include it with the other items for free so you can fix your Maiden.
Look at the gallery to see the switch mount before (stock) where the switch drags on the hole, then the switch after the fix. I also have included an image of the screws that need to be removed to get the channel off to make the fix once you have this spacer.
